Refund policy

You have 14 days to return your parcel upon receipt of the order. The order can be either exchanged or refunded. The item must be returned in its original packaging, in its original condition, new, unworn, unwashed. The return costs are your responsibility, so you can choose the carrier of your choice. We advise you to choose a tracked shipping method. After a first exchange or refund, it is no longer possible to obtain a refund for your order. Sale items cannot be refunded. Any reservation on the condition of the products (eg: damaged or open package) must be notified immediately upon receipt of the order. How to return an item ?

1. Making contact

Contact us by email at contact@ojieparis.fr to make us your request and remember to indicate your order number and whether you wish to be refunded or to exchange your item. We will then tell you the address to return the package to.

2. Shipping

Then choose your shipping method. The return costs are your responsibility, so you can choose the carrier of your choice. We advise you to choose a tracked shipping method.

3.a. Reimbursement

It will be made upon receipt of the package within a period of 10 working days, after examining the articles. The item must have been returned in its original packaging, in its original condition, new, unworn, unwashed.

3.b. The exchange

After checking the item, we will send you the new item you want, which you have specifically requested by email, within 5 working days to the extent of available stocks.
